2. Booking and Appointments
All service bookings are subject to technician availability. We aim to honor scheduled appointment times but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

3. Pricing and Payment
Service charges are communicated before work begins. Additional costs for parts or extended labor will be discussed and approved by the customer prior to proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty on Repairs
Repairs carry a limited warranty covering the specific issue addressed, valid for a period specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after the service visit.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance issue and ensure safe access to the appliance and work area. Urban AC Fix & Technical Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to service.

6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver quality service, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential losses arising from appliance failure beyond the scope of the repair performed.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
